Personnel Group Chief (Unmanned Systems Battalion)

The personnel group chief keeps the personnel records of a battalion made up of unmanned systems, electronic warfare and ground robotic systems units. Processes appointments, transfers and discharges, prepares reports and advises service members on personnel matters. The work is done in close contact with the battalion headquarters and the brigade's personnel office.
Responsibilities
- organising the work of the personnel group and assigning tasks to subordinates;
- monitoring how authorised, listed and actual personnel strength is recorded;
- keeping personnel files and processing appointments, transfers and discharges;
- taking part in preparing reports and statistics for higher command;
- advising service members on personnel matters;
- coordinating with the battalion headquarters and the brigade's personnel office.
Requirements
- higher education;
- knowledge of military decision-making procedures and the field regulations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- experience serving in a line unit or a personnel office;
- attention to detail and accuracy in working with documents;
- responsibility, discipline and respect for the chain of command.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave;
- benefits and statutory social guarantees.
