The planning group chief prepares combat orders, directives and the core documentation of a battalion in an unmanned systems brigade, as well as materials for the commander's decisions. Coordinates the work of the group's officers, organises interaction between the battalion's units and the headquarters, and keeps track of deadlines. This is staff work with a heavy paper load.
Responsibilities
- coordinating the planning group's work and assigning tasks to its officers;
- drafting combat orders, directives and planning documents;
- preparing the battalion's core documentation;
- preparing materials for the battalion commander's decisions;
- organising interaction between the battalion's units and the headquarters;
- keeping track of deadlines for assigned tasks.
Requirements
- higher education;
- knowledge of the regulations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and current directives and resolutions;
- confident computer skills (Word, Excel);
- organisation and attention to detail in working with documents;
- ability to work under tight deadlines and a heavy workload.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
- benefits and statutory social guarantees.
