The personnel management sergeant handles the paperwork behind every movement of the brigade's personnel: drafts orders and directives, processes appointments, transfers and leave, and keeps personnel records. Summarises the section's results and reports on personnel matters. A staff position where a mistake in a document turns into a delay for a real person.
Responsibilities
- drafting and formalising orders, directives and reports of the personnel group;
- keeping personnel records;
- handling the paperwork for appointments, transfers and leave;
- collecting and summarising the results of the section's work;
- reporting to the command on personnel matters.
Requirements
- confident computer use, particularly Word and Excel;
- knowledge of the regulations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- experience in personnel administration or human resources;
- responsibility, discipline and attention to detail.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- staff-type service; uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- benefits, annual paid leave, additional leave and statutory social guarantees.
