Records Clerk

The records clerk manages the unit's paperwork: registers incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepares documents for the command's signature, tracks deadlines for assigned tasks and passes processed files to the archive. This is computer-based work at headquarters, in constant contact with other units, that calls for literacy, attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Responsibilities
- organizing and maintaining the unit's records management;
- registering incoming and outgoing correspondence and keeping logbooks;
- preparing documents for the command's approval and signature;
- tracking deadlines for processing and completing documents and assignments;
- liaising with other units to obtain the necessary information;
- checking, updating and archiving documents.
Requirements
- literacy and a high standard of written Ukrainian;
- knowledge of records management principles;
- confident use of MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs and office equipment;
- attention to detail and willingness to learn;
- experience working with documentation is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 25,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, personal protective equipment and meals provided;
- free medical treatment and financial compensation in case of injury;
- annual paid leave.
