
Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence Instructor

The electronic warfare and signals intelligence instructor prepares personnel to work with communications equipment and systems that detect and jam radio signals: teaches the theory, runs practice on real equipment and writes training materials. Courses have to be updated constantly as equipment changes, so the job combines teaching with tracking new hardware and tactics.
Responsibilities
- developing and delivering training courses on communications, signals intelligence and electronic warfare;
- theoretical and hands-on training of students in working with the equipment and software;
- demonstrating the capabilities of modern signals intelligence and electronic warfare systems in class;
- teaching how these systems are used in combat conditions;
- preparing teaching materials, instructions and manuals;
- adapting courses to new requirements and helping develop new ones.
Requirements
- combat experience;
- understanding of how military communications, signals intelligence and electronic warfare systems work;
- knowledge of modern military equipment and software in these fields;
- ability to lead a group and take responsible decisions;
- teaching experience or instructor certification is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- 30 calendar days of annual paid leave, plus up to 10 days for family reasons;
- access to the unit's psychologists.
