Call Center Operator / Recruiter

The call center operator is the first person someone interested in serving in the Unmanned Systems Forces talks to: takes incoming calls, phones candidates from the database, explains the terms of enlistment and the selection stages and passes processed applications on to the relevant units. Phone and computer work, with a large number of conversations and daily reporting.
Responsibilities
- taking and processing incoming calls from candidates;
- making outgoing calls to candidates from the provided database;
- advising on the terms of enlistment and the selection stages;
- recording the results of conversations in internal systems;
- passing processed applications on to the relevant units of the Unmanned Systems Forces;
- keeping daily reports on call results.
Requirements
- correct spoken and written Ukrainian;
- confident computer skills: browser and spreadsheets;
- sociability, courtesy and resilience under stress;
- readiness to handle a high volume of calls;
- experience in a call center or in customer service is an advantage;
- CRM skills are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- service in the rear, away from the combat zone, with possible business trips.
