The recruiter guides a candidate from the first application to enrolment in a unit: processes enquiries, checks whether the person fits the requirements of open positions, makes calls and holds interviews. The work is done within a recruitment center of the Unmanned Systems Forces, involves constant communication and includes representing the center at public events.
Responsibilities
- screening and initial processing of incoming applications from people wishing to join the Unmanned Systems Forces;
- checking whether a candidate meets the requirements of open positions;
- corresponding with candidates, making phone calls and holding interviews;
- guiding the candidate through every step up to enrolment in the unit;
- representing the center at public events and in cooperation with community organizations;
- keeping records and reports on work with candidates.
Requirements
- prior military service experience;
- fluent Ukrainian and the ability to explain things clearly and convincingly;
- confident use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- strong people skills and patience in long conversations with a wide range of people;
- experience in personnel selection or at a recruitment agency is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- office-type service, housing and meals provided;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
