Micro and Mini UAV Operator
Non-Combat Roles20 000-50 000 UAHUAVs and UGVs
The micro and mini unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operator flies reconnaissance, observation and fire-adjustment missions during the training center's exercises. Prepares the aircraft for flight, guides it along the route, records video and photo material and passes it to the crew. Field work within a crew that demands concentration and quick decisions.
Responsibilities
- preparing micro and mini class UAVs for flight;
- flying reconnaissance, observation and fire-adjustment missions;
- planning the route and monitoring the air situation during flight;
- recording video and photo material and handing it over to the crew;
- servicing the aircraft, minor repairs and charging batteries;
- keeping flight records and logging flight hours.
Requirements
- experience piloting unmanned aerial vehicles;
- basic skills with maps and navigation software;
- attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions;
- physical readiness for work in field conditions;
- responsibility and teamwork.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
