The rifleman guards the training grounds, warehouses and equipment of the training center: stands guard duty, observes the situation and reports any threats detected. On the squad leader's command engages designated targets, acts in coordination with the squad and keeps weapons and gear in working order.
Responsibilities
- guard duty protecting the facilities and property of the training center;
- observing the situation and reporting detected threats;
- carrying out assigned tasks as part of the squad;
- engaging designated targets on the squad leader's command;
- keeping weapons and gear in working order;
- carrying out other tasks as directed by the command.
Requirements
- marksmanship with various types of small arms;
- good physical fitness and stamina;
- ability to act within a unit and follow orders;
- attentiveness and composure under pressure;
- discipline.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniforms, meals and necessary equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and social guarantees under the law.
