Head of Maintenance and Repair Group

The head of the maintenance and repair group leads the technicians who service and restore the training center's unmanned systems so that equipment is ready for every class. The work combines scheduling routine maintenance, organizing repairs and keeping records of the group's property under the current rules of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- organizing the group's work and assigning tasks to technicians;
- scheduling routine maintenance of unmanned systems and monitoring its completion;
- organizing repair and restoration of unmanned systems and equipment;
- keeping records of the group's property: receipt, issue and write-off;
- supplying the group with spare parts, tools and materials;
- preparing reports on the technical condition and operating hours of equipment.
Requirements
- experience in managing logistics and technical supply;
- knowledge of property accounting and write-off procedures in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- confident computer and office software skills;
- organizational skills and the ability to lead a small team;
- experience with unmanned systems or in aviation is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
