Platoon Commander and Instructor

The platoon commander and instructor combines leading a platoon with teaching classes under the training center's programs and steps in as company commander when required. The role means keeping the unit's daily routine and discipline in order while also improving the training programs the classes are based on.
Responsibilities
- teaching classes under the training center's programs;
- leading the platoon and organizing its daily work;
- acting as company commander when required;
- developing and improving training programs and teaching materials;
- maintaining discipline and order in the subordinate team;
- reporting on training results and the state of the unit.
Requirements
- experience leading a team of thirty or more service members;
- combat experience and experience commanding a unit;
- ability to train service members with different levels of knowledge;
- leadership qualities and readiness to take responsibility for the unit;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- teaching skills and public speaking experience are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave, statutory social guarantees.
