CRM Support Manager

The CRM support manager is responsible for the platform in which a recruitment center tracks its candidates: onboards and trains users, configures roles and access rights, sorts out failures and keeps in touch with the vendor's support. Computer-based work within the recruiting team; how smoothly recruiters can work with their data depends on this role.
Responsibilities
- onboarding new users to the CRM platform and giving them initial training;
- resolving problems that arise in the day-to-day use of the CRM platform;
- liaising with the CRM vendor's support service;
- adapting the CRM system's functionality to the center's processes;
- configuring user access rights and roles;
- checking that candidate records are complete and correct;
- preparing instructions and advising recruiters.
Requirements
- experience with CRM systems as an administrator or in support;
- understanding of how pipelines, statuses and fields work in a CRM;
- confident computer and office software skills;
- attentiveness and accuracy when working with data;
- ability to explain technical matters in plain language.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- office-type service with housing and meals provided;
- uniform and equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
