The records clerk keeps the official documentation of a recruitment center: registers incoming and outgoing correspondence, draws up orders and reports, compiles files for the archive and tracks deadlines for document processing. This is office work at a computer that calls for accuracy and the ability to keep a large volume of paperwork in order.
Responsibilities
- keeping the center's official documentation;
- drawing up orders, reports and internal memos;
- registering incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- recording, storing and transferring documents according to set requirements;
- compiling files and keeping the unit's archive;
- tracking document deadlines and reminding those responsible;
- preparing reports and maintaining internal databases.
Requirements
- experience with documentation or in administrative work;
- confident computer skills, including Word and Excel;
- attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information;
- literacy and fluent Ukrainian;
- knowledge of record-keeping basics and military documentation is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- office-type service, housing and meals provided;
- uniform and equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
