Electronic Document Management Specialist

The electronic document management specialist keeps the recruitment center's official paperwork in order: registers documents in the electronic system, routes them to the responsible staff, tracks deadlines and maintains the digital archive. This is computer-based work in contact with every service of the center, requiring accuracy and a good grasp of records management.
Responsibilities
- registering incoming, outgoing and internal documents in the electronic document management system;
- creating documents and routing them between the responsible staff;
- tracking deadlines and reminding those responsible;
- applying and verifying qualified electronic signatures;
- maintaining the file register and building the digital archive;
- advising the center's staff on how to use the system;
- preparing reports on the state of document flow.
Requirements
- experience with electronic document management systems;
- knowledge of records management basics and formal requirements for official documents;
- confident use of a computer and office software;
- attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents;
- excellent written Ukrainian.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- computer-based office work, housing and meals provided;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
