Procurement Specialist (Prozorro)

The procurement specialist at the training center runs procedures in Prozorro, the national electronic procurement system, so that the unit receives drones, spare parts, electronics and repair and logistics services on time. The specialist prepares the annual plan and tender documentation, keeps contracts and reports in order, liaises with suppliers and prepares for audits.
Responsibilities
- organising and fully supporting public procurement for the training center's needs;
- running procurement through Prozorro in accordance with the law and martial law rules;
- procuring drones, components, spare parts, communications and electronic warfare equipment and electronics;
- procuring training equipment, consumables and repair and logistics services;
- preparing the annual procurement plan, announcements and tender documentation;
- administering contracts, supplementary agreements and reporting on completed procedures;
- communicating with suppliers and preparing materials for inspections and audits by the State Audit Service.
Requirements
- higher education, preferably in economics, law or management;
- knowledge of the Law of Ukraine on Public Procurement and of the government resolution on procurement under martial law;
- hands-on experience independently running procurement in Prozorro;
- understanding of budget processes and contract work;
- confident computer skills and use of electronic document management;
- responsibility, attention to detail and integrity;
- experience procuring equipment, electronics or drones is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided in full;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
