Staff Officer

The staff officer handles the staff work of the training center: plans the department's activities, prepares official documents and orders, coordinates the actions of subordinate units and keeps track of deadlines for carrying out orders. The work involves compiling data for reports to the leadership and liaising with other departments and outside organizations.
Responsibilities
- planning the department's activities and preparing working documents;
- taking part in military decision-making and drafting orders;
- coordinating the actions of subordinate units during task execution;
- monitoring compliance with orders, assignments and deadlines;
- compiling data and preparing reports for the center's leadership;
- organizing cooperation with other departments and outside organizations.
Requirements
- higher education and military service experience;
- understanding of the military decision-making process;
- experience in a similar or leadership position;
- management skills and the ability to organize work;
- confident use of a computer and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- experience working with unmanned aerial vehicles is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position: contract service or mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, meals and necessary equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
